Change service accounts

Hi,

I found information on the net how to change the password of a service
account, but not an explanation how to change the account itself.

Does anyone has a link to such information?

Application Pool Security Account for Provisioning
Application Pool Security Account for extending Project Web Access
Site Collection Owner Account
Shared Service Provider Administrator
OLAP Cube

For the mentioned accounts I use two domain account (epmWSS and epmSSP).
