Change shortcuts in Outlook

Dear all,

I am looking for a way to change/modify shortcuts in Outlook 2003.

It happens that I want to forward (Ctrl-F) a message but incidentally
hit Ctrl-D and delete that message. For this reason I want to move the
delete or forward shortcut.

Does anybody know how this can be achieved?
