Change small calendars, top of calendar page to PREVIOUS/next mo.

I would like to know if there is a way to change the small calendars that
appear at the top of a calendar page to be for the previous and next month,
rather than for the current month (which I have already) and the next month.

No.

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp has some word templates
that will print them as you desire (as will most of the programs listed
there).
