Change standard setting for +39 to Italy i.o. Vatican city

Every time I enter a new phone number for Italy (+39) the suggested country
is 'Vatican City'.

My guess is there are more users with Italian contacts than contacts at the
Vatican,so therefore I suggest to change the standard setting to Italy
instead of Vatican City.
