change styles A to styles B in word

Hi,

I have a issue with word document. I have a document report coming from one
of our clients. The issue here is that i would like to be able to change
style for some of the texts in the report.

For example,

In the report, there is a style called "Document Heading 2" and it is
applied to some of the Headings in the report. What i would like to do is to
create a new style of our own and apply this style to the texts that are of
styles "Document Heading 2". I know that i can go through the Heading texts
one by one but this would take too long as there are about 140 pages. Just
wondering if there are any better ways of doing this e.g. perhaps using some
VB codes.

Thank you in advance

Use find and replace. click on the More button, and choose Format/style.
Select the style you want to search for in the Find field, and select the
style you wish to replace it with in the replace field.

Hope this helps
