Change system tray icons for Word, Excel, etc. 2003?

Hello --

Can I change the icons?

I am color challenged and have to stare at the Word and Excel icons for a
few seconds to see the difference. There are usually a number of apps
running simultaneously, so each icon is reduced to an almost-square shape.
I would like a larger "W", for example, and a smaller whatever it is behind
the "W".
