Change text box default to no fill, no line

I build documents with graphics and text from the web by placing them in text
boxes or highlighting them and clicking text box. I want text box default to
be: no fill, no line, 0",0",0",0", resize autoshape to fit text - every time.
"Set AutoShape Default" dosen't seem to work for this.

When you set the default, you're setting it for the given document. If you
want to set the defaults for all new documents, you need to make these
changes in Normal.dot and then click Set AutoShape Default.
