Change Text box from Caps to Small Caps

I have a form, imported from Word, that has text boxes that when you type in
them show all caps letters, and then in the same form I have some text boxes
that have small caps. My problem is that I have e.g. First Name text box
appearing twice on my form. In the first field it comes up in Caps, and then
the copy of this field on the bottom of my form comes up in small caps. So
first it says JANICE, then on the bottom it looks like janice.
How can I change all text boxes to small caps, so that people have to
manually use the Shift key?

Hi Janice.

You can use the translate function.

You can use it as a default or have a rule that would set your fields and
perform the translate.
