In word 2003 if you changed made sure you highlighted the last element of a
bulleted item or heading and changed the font the bulleted entry would change
as well. In 2007 it is not consistent. I get some headings to gray out but
not others. Also in a table of contents I see if I strike thrue or gray
text the table of contents will never follow.
I need to maintain specifications. It is useful to gray out or cross out an
item that is no longer in effect so as not to change the numbering of all
sections.
I can't believe I am the only one that needs this feature.
