Change Text Color on Mouse Move

I have several labels on a form that serve as menu
selections. How can I make the text on the label change
color when the mouse is over the label and back to the
original color when the cursor is not on the label? Also,
can this be something generic on the form so that I can
apply it to all labels? I looked for something like
CurrentControl but I don't see anything in the help files.
