Change the back color of a Tab Control

In Access 2000, is there a way (perhaps in code as there is no listed
property) to change the back color of a Tab Control?

I have found that you can set the backstyle to transparent which lets you
see through the pages, but the background of the tabs remain grey. I would
like the whole control to have a back color of white.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
