change the cache mode path (.ost file path)

I need to change the path of the .ost file(cache mode), of about 200 users,
that are useing the cache mode, and have exsisting .ost files.

it is not a problem to change the path without moveing the orginal file, the
outlook will generate a new .ost file.

PROBLEM,
the .ost file does not let you change the path of the .ost file when it has
been one time created...

Please try all answers before just saying this is possible, I have been
working on this for a long time, and have writen my own ADM template, it
works, but only on new outlook users, or users that do not have a .ost file.
once the path is set in the outlook cache mode path, I can not change the
path settings...

PLEASE help....
