Change the default color in a chart

Hello,

When trying to create bar chart, the default colours are in gray scale. I
suspect this is because the default colours have somehow been set to
grayscale.

Is there a way to set the default colours of a chart?

What does the default palette look like (Tools | Options... | Color
tab)?

Do you have a b&w printer selected as the current (or default) printer?
