change the default Look in entry when inserting a hyperlink excel

Hello ppl,

I have an excel sheet in wich i want to insert hyperlinks(Ctrl K).
I want to be able to change the directory dislayed in "Look in:"

I am aware of changing the hyperlink base of an excel sheet in the
properties of the sheet and press search for files in the insert hyperlink
dialoque.
