Change the Font appearance fo a button

Is it possible to change any of the Format properties of a button when you
mouseover the button? Underline and change the font color is what I want to
do as the users roll over the buttons. I do not find a "MouseOver" event in
properties?

You can use a Text Box instead. It has MouseOver, plus a Click event.,

Using the a TextBox work great. Now how do I get the change to revert back
after the mouse leaves the TextBox? Thanks for your help!
