change the order of days on the calendar

In the 30 day view of the calendar, Can I change the first day of the week to
Sunday and include all days as a full block?

You might be better off asking this question in one of the Outlook groups.
This group supports OneNote.

And you're not the first person to stumble here after choosing the first
group that begins with "O". Maybe in V2, OneNote should have its name
changed to Qzxplork or something so that the peer newsgroup is easier to
spot
