change the size of hidden rectangle around the diagram

I have a diagram in visio 2000 file, and there is a hidden
rectangle around the diagram. The problem is the hidden
rectangle is too large, and when i resize the rectangle
to make it smaller, it will change the size of the diagram
as well, which I don't want.

I want to change the size of the rectangle to make it
smaller, so that when I copy and paste the diagram
from Visio to MS word, the diagram won't be that big.

any ideas?
please advise. thanks!!

If you move the cursor over an edge and press Ctrl, you can resize the page.
You can also set the size in File > Page Setup. Also you may find Shape >
Center Drawing useful.
