Change the timesheet of team from .MPP file

Hi All,

I try to change the timesheet of team in .MPP file, and then republish
assignments with checking "overwrite actuals in the resource's timesheet".

But we got the confusion problem when we change timesheet in this way, the
column WWORK_APPROVAL_STATUS in MSP_WEB_WORK table will be changed the
existing "1" value to "null" value, do you know what's happen? does PM still
need to approval the timesheet change from PWA?

If the members of team change the timesheet go through PWA, the
WWORK_APPROVAL_STATUS of column value should be "1" after PM approve.

What's the different to change timesheet between these approaches?
