I would like to initiate a change to Microsoft Office for the default print
range used in Outlook. At the moment the default is 'all' I would like to
change this to '1' or even better '1-2'.
This simple change would reduce reams of prints of the reply' history (tail)
attached to e-mails and erroneosly printed by our staff daily. I can't
enforce it unfortunately and staff print without thinking. This cahnge would
be beneficial to nearly every company in the world.
This is one carbon footprint initiative that microsoft could make, which
would have a significant impact on reducing paper and carbon wastage.
I am willing to pay for this. We are a charity and must show complience to
reduce our footprint this initiative would show a significant saving in print
costs for us. At least halving them.
Can you point me to a developer who can show me how to make the change or
reccomend a source that would do this for us ?
Thank you
