change Visio drawing from top view to front view

I have created a room plan with furniture and it is the usual top down view.
Is ther a way to change that view to a front view or elevation?

the shapes in your plan view (top down) would need to posses information
pertaining to their vertical height should you required an elevation from the
side. A third party solution maybe required. check ->
