Ask in the body of the message, giving enough detail that someone might
answer your question.

My crystal ball says that you own a Toshiba and that you should look under
Start>Programs>Toshiba Voice (or someplace similar). In other words, it's
not an Outlook issue. Read the documentation that came with your PC.
