Change window

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me what is a "Change window" I have a vague idea of
what it might be - the phase during which the cutover from the old system to
the implementation of the new system is taking place. Not sure of this is
right.

Alos does it map to MS Project?? Does it fall under Change Management - I
think it does.
