change year date

i have a data that has dates that show up as 4/25/200, 4/25/2020 and 4/25/200

How do I get the year to show up as 4/25/2006 in the entire data?

Double click the line between your excel columns A:B then you will see the
whole text have you try the format feature customize ##/##/####.
