Changed my files to a new user profile within XP Pro. Now 550 Mess

I have Win XP Pro, Outlook 2003 and Comcast cable.

I had a user profile within XP called Administrator and I very poorly moved
everything over to a new profile called Ron. Now when I try to send an email
from either of the email address I have been using for 6 months with no
problem I get the message "550 Authentication is required for relay" from
comcast.

I called Comcast and they wouldn't help saying this is an Outlook Problem.

In the help files it indicates that it may be a comcast problem where they
are blocking the account since I am using a new XP user profile.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
