Changed my view accidently

Need help in changing my view to what it was this a.m. I could see all my
folders, inbox, sent box, etc. and now I can't. How do I get back to where I
was?

What do you see? What version of Outlook, what happens when you click View?

Outlook 2003. I see "Arrange by", "reading pane", "auto preview", and "tool
bars". I was looking at different view options when this all began. Please
help!

What Navigation Pane view are you using? Click the "Folder List" button at
the bottom of the Navigation Pane.
