I have looked on Google and on MS KB and cannot find any reference to why a
user's mail folder order would mysteriously change one day. The users are
using MS Outlook (all versions affected, even MAC 2001) on Exchange 2000.
As an example "Mailbox - John Doe" would be located on the top and then the
public folders and other .pst folders would be listed below. The problem is
that a user's order will change i.e. public folders is now on top and Mailbox
-John Doe is the last folder. This becomes very inconvenient because many
users leave their public folder tree expanded to their specific department
folder (we have around 3000 folders) and so the user's Mailbox is hard to see.
Any help would be appreciated.
