Changed vid card and keeps asking to activate even though it is.

I changed my video card. Then i go to word somtime later and it says hardware
change must rereactivate etc etc. so i do via internet. Your products has
been activated too many times for the product key it says. i close this and
exit word. I got back in and it says products activated. I restart my pc and
it askes me to activate it again! same thing and it wont even let me select
the telephone option because it just closes the activation window and nothing
happenes.

You may be able to resolve the reactivation problem by following the steps
