changes in icons

hi i have seen strange loks on my word documents. tere is this deep blue mark
to the bottom left of eaach of my documents why is that. any help

Most likely you've been using a Trial Version of Office which has expired ‹
you'll need to pay for the product in order to continue using it.

If you have paid for it you've neglected to Activate it as instructed.
