Using a technique provided to me from this (great) discussion group, I have
been able to create some spreadsheets to determine those resourcesthat are
not submitting hours to the Project Managers regurlarly. This is done as
follows:
* Resource Central
* View Resource Assignments
* Select desired resources and click apply
* Auto Filter and filter on "Changes Not yet Submitted"
What I am finding is that this produces a view shows ALL hours - and the
actual changes that have not yet been submitted appear in red. When I
export this to excel, I lose the color "red" - thus rendering the spreadsheet
useless when sending on to others. Is there any way to ONLY see the changes
that have not yet been submitted?
