Changine orientation of a slide show

Hi again,

Okay, I guess the only way of changing orientation in a slide show is doing
hyperlinks. But my problem is that I must send the show to others either by
email or CD. When I do this, the hyperlinks have to be changed because of
changing computers. Does anyone have a simple solution to this.
Unfortunately, the people I have to send it to do not know how to work with
hyperlinks and it becomes very complicated to have them change the links.

Thanks

If you save the presentations in the same folder and create relative links
(so that the link path in the hyperlink editing window only shows the name
of the file), and then make sure all of the presentations are on the same
directory on the CD, you should have no problems with the links when you
insert the CD in another machine.

PowerPoint 98 let me click use relative path - but PowerPoint 2001 does not
have a button to click and it doesn't let me change the file name.

Thanks again
