changing a button color

Hi.

I have excel 2000 and I'm trying to change the color of a
button that I have on a form, that is assigned to a
particular macro, but on the format control menu, there is
not an option to change the fill color from gray to
another color.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Use a button from the control toolbox instead, right click and select
properties and select
a colour from the back colour

Amy,

You're using a button from the "Forms" toolbar.
While they're a little easier to work with for assigning
macros, there's not a lot of customization possible
with them.
Use a button from the "Control Toolbox"
