changing a printers paper size.

I have a problem with a printer that is set to print letter size but some of
the documents being sent to it are setup as A4. Currently my user has to get
up, walk over to it and press the button to make it print.
I have tried recording a macro to change the printer properties but it
doesn't bring me back anything. Any ideas?
