Changing a published Project Name

Hi

This may be a daft question, but I can't see this for looking, I have
published a plan file but the naming doesn't mean much, I'd like to change it
to something more meaningful but is the only way to do this to rename it in
project and take the duplicate project out, is there a more sensible way?

Does that make scense ;-)
