Changing a scrollbar value to 0

How can I change the scrollbar value to 0 in a macro?
I've tried scroll bar 1.select and other variations of that to chang
the value but have had no succession

To explain myself better I'm trying to make a reset switch to reset th
values to 0. But because the scrollbar directly effects a cell I canno
just reset the cell to 0, but I need the scrollbar to be put back to
(as if it hasn't been moved at all)
