changing abc tabs back to English

I used Qkeys to change the Outlook contacts from English
to Russian.

Now I want to change it back, but I can't. I uninstalled
Qkeys, but the "ABC tabs" in my Outlook contacts remain
in Russian (both on my desktop and pocket PC).

Any suggestions on how to go back to English?
