Changing Acces's Background Color

During the startup of Access I would like to automatically change Accesss'
Application background to Gray without having to go to Display in Control
Panel and changing the appearance there. Is there anyway I can do this
during the startup of Access

I'm confused. On my computer the application background is gray.

However, you shouldn't be changing user's settings anyway.

Thanx Peter-d!

The user can change the background of any Windows Application background by
going into Control Panel Click on Display>Appearance>Advanced>Application
Background. I would like the Gray background because it helps enhances my
application overall appearance and any other background color would appear
distracting to the user.

I understand that.

My point is that is up to the *user* - it's their choice. They might choose
some scheme that they want and your gray background could be distracting.

LeBans example only changes the MDI window background in Access, so, it
isn't a global change...just for your app and just that instance of Access.
The example also shows how to load a background image. His code could use
some cleaning up, but it is pretty slick really.
