Changing ALL forms in contacts

I added a custom field- social security number - to my
contacts. Then I changed the form-- adding a "page 2" to
accept and display this new field. I then went into the
properties of the Contacts folder and pointed "When
Posting" to my new form. Now, when I add a contact, I
get the new form and it allows entry of the social
security #. However, whenever I open an existing
contact, this custom form is not there-- I can't add or
see the new field / or the Page 2 I modified to show it.
In edit mode, it seems to show the form the original
entry was made in. How can I make the new form the
default for existing contacts?

You need to change the MessageClass on the existing items to point to your
new form's class. See
