Changing Border Colors - Word 97

Is the a way of choosing one that's not included in the default colors,
or changing one of the default colors? There is no "custom" option.

I'm using Word 2003 and when I select a line for my border I then click
in the color box and can either select a color or go to More Colors. I

I don't know, Ray, border colors? I'm looking for a way to broaden the font
color selection to the complete spectrum in Word 97.

More Colors is not a Word 97 option.
