Changing Calendar views

When I click on my Calendar, I see the current days' appointments plus 2 months of appointments on the right along with the taskpad. When I click on my managers calendar, I see the current days' appointments plus 6 months of appointments on the right but no taskpad.

How can I change the way the calendar view displays?
