Changing color PPT presentation changed to B&W and saved B&W?

I have designed a power point presentation to present to a convention. The
convention coordinator wants my Power Point Presentation submitted in color
and Black and White. I have the color one but the only way I can change it to
B&W is to change the view. I cannot save it into black and white format. I
tried to save it from the viewer and just got my color presentation all over
again. I don't know why they want a separate black and white presentation
when they can print selecting gray scale and can show using gray scale all
from the same presentation. HELP! The deadline is in a few days for
submission.

You cannot make any changes using the Viewer. You will have to have two
presentations one in colour and one black and white Your observation is
correct, and might want to query the B&W stating that if it is for printing
purposes explain the greyscale option or pure black and white option

If you find out that the Black & White is just for printing, then I'd take a
look at your grayscale setting (View > Color Grayscale). When you make
adjustments here, you can better control your printout.
