changing computers

I bought a new laptop (running Vista) and am trying to install my current
programs on it before I remove them from my old laptop (running XP). I'm
currently using MS Office 2003 Professional edition. The disks I have are an
upgrade that I purchased several years ago to upgrade from Office 97. Since
I've moved recently, all my stuff is packed away in storage and I don't have
access to the original Office 97 program that I purchased years ago. How can
I install the Office 2003 upgrade to my new laptop without installing Office
97 first?
I wrote down all the activation keys that I received from Microsoft when I
installed the Office 2003 upgrade on my old computer.

You don't have to install Office 97, but you will need the disks when it
asks for a qualifying product.
