Changing content of 2 frames from 1 hyperlink

Howdy All,

I have a frames page (Nested Hierarchy).

I want to change the content of the top frame as well as the right frame
when a hyperlink in the left frame is clicked.

I'm a noob, and can seem to figure this one out...

What will happen when your visitor presses the "Back" arrow on the browser
and only one of those two frames reverts?

What will happen when your visitor enlarges the text so that the reading is
better and each of your frames drops scrollbars?
