Changing defaulf value challenge..

To expedite data input, my database has several pulldown menus on a
form. Some pulldown menus have a default value (one of the choices of
the pulldown list), as some information is always the same..

But then again, sometimes we receive data there the default is not the
right information and I either change it as inputting the data or
changing the default within the form properties...

Which brought up the idea of creating a seperate form, where I could
select the default value for the pulldown menus..

Is this possible?
