Changing default appointment time

When adding a new appointment, it automatically defaults
to 30mins. How do you make it default to 1hr? Outlook03
is being used here in a doctors rooms, and appointments
are always 1hr.
You could change this setting in Schedule+ but I cant
find a way in Outlook.

If you change the Time Scale in the Day view to 60 minutes instead of 30
minutes, the default appointment length will be 60 minutes as well.
