Changing default e-mail text

P

Phillip Avelar

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to change the default text
that is sent when you send a note note message via e-mail. I send out meeting
minutes this way and I woudl like to remove the useless with my own with my
signature etc.

Also while I am asking, the standard behaviour is the include a mht file and
a One note file, any way to remove the oneNote file so I don't have to
manually delete it all the time.

Thanks in advance.

Check out Tools --> Options, Sending Email. You can change both items there.

Kathy, I am using OneNote 2007 , the options are not there. It does have
signature that I can change that show up on the buttom of my notes but
nothing about changing the default text etc.
