changing default meeting organizer when creating new appointment

I'm connected to an IMAP server, not exchange. When I create a new
appointment, the default meeting organizer is my IMAP user. I'd like to
change that to some other user. Since I've never done a "save" there is
little info in the IMessage. Do is use SetPrimaryIdentity? Any ideas?
