Changing default meeting time

I am trying to change the default duration of
| appointments from 1/2 hour to fifteen minutes. I
followed
| the instructions outlined in Q198087. I change to
fifteen minutes as outlined in the article but when I
create an appointment not give me the option for 15
minutes. I tried rebooting but still 30 minutes is the
shortest option. This happens on Outlook 2003. I tried on
another workstation that has Outlook 2003 and it works
| Any ideas?
