Changing Default Status Report Sections

Is there a way to change the default Status Report
Sections? For instance, when someone requests a new
status report I would like the section names to be
something other than "Major Accomplishments", "Objectives
for the Next Period" and "Hot Issues"....

I've been through all the code and haven't seen where the
defaults can be changed.....
