changing email client in Picture Manager

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the email client from default
Outlook to Mozilla Thunderbird in Office Picture Manager?

Possibly via Internet Options, and if you dont use Outlook, uninstall it

Picture Manager handles Image file. Those types of files are the only
ones Picture Manager can handle. Any setting of "default" e-mail handler
will be done in the Internet Options applet found in the Control Panel
of the operating system.
