Changing Field Names

Ramon

I use an Access database in which I have several field's
name that are not included in MS Outlook. Is it possible
to change some of the field names in the Miscellaneous
field area in Outlook to correspond to the field names in
my databse? I wish to do so in order to export the
referrenced fields from my database to the corresponding
fields in outlook

You can't change any of the Outlook field names but what you can do is add
user-defined fields to a contact or create a custom form with these fields
and use it in the folder.

However, you will need to write your own code to import data into any
user-defined field (whether or not it's included in a custom form) or use a
3rd party product such as ours (link below). You may also find additional
information regarding this by reviewing info on the Slipstick website -
